Jesse Coody is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and alternative financing expert with over 15 years of experience in property investment and non-traditional home financing. As the Founder and CEO of The Lucky Group and it’s subsidiaries, Jesse has pioneered an innovative direct lending platform that bridges the gap for aspiring homeowners while delivering strong, asset-backed returns for investors.
Prior to founding The Lucky Group, Jesse built and scaled Elite Homes, where he managed a $30 million rental portfolio and successfully flipped $28 million worth of properties. With deep expertise in deal structuring and portfolio management, he has played a key role in positioning The Lucky Group for long-term growth.
Hannah Coody is an accomplished operations executive with over a decade of experience in business development, strategic operations, and scaling high-growth ventures. As Co-Founder and COO of The Lucky Group and it’s subsidiaries, she has played a pivotal role in building and optimizing the companies’ innovative real estate and investment models.
Hannah holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston. She has been recognized for her contributions to business innovation, most recently winning the 2024 “Best in Biz” Award for Most Innovative Company of the Year for her work at Coody & Co. Financing, as well as the Exploration & Production Innovation Challenge during her years at Devon Energy.
David Mosberg brings over two decades of executive leadership in business administration, financial strategy, and operational scalability. With a deep focus on emerging businesses, he specializes in turning financial complexity into clarity, guiding companies to grow profitably and sustainably.
David currently serves as CEO of Triumvir Financial, Managing Partner of MSH Business Solutions, and COO of Hubcap Grill Franchise Group. His background spans business turnarounds, acquisitions, and long-term infrastructure development—all rooted in a people-first philosophy. As Financial and Strategic Advisor to The Lucky Group, David plays a key role in fund administration and capital strategy.
David is a Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author, a former professional chef, and an active financial literacy mentor to both youth and adults. He lives in Montgomery, TX with his wife Marla and their three children.
Anthony Tolliver is a former NBA player and seasoned entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of professional sports, business strategy, and financial leadership. As an Advisory Board Member at The Lucky Group, Anthony supports the growth of Doorly and NestWise, bringing a unique perspective on community impact, financial empowerment, and disciplined leadership to strengthen the platform’s long-term value proposition.
Before joining The Lucky Group’s Advisory Board, Anthony built a distinguished 13-year career in the NBA, playing for organizations including the San Antonio Spurs, Golden State Warriors, Minnesota Timberwolves, Detroit Pistons, and Philadelphia 76ers. Off the court, he has established himself as a successful businessman and investor, serving as co-founder of Player’s Media Group and building a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, private equity, and technology. His experience navigating complex financial decisions as both an athlete and entrepreneur directly informs his passion for expanding access to sustainable wealth-building tools like homeownership.
Jaya Phillips is a digital marketing and creative professional with over a decade of experience in web development, content strategy, campaign management, branding, and video production. She leads end-to-end marketing efforts—building conversion-focused websites, directing compelling visual content, and executing multi-channel strategies that drive measurable growth.
Jaya also brings advanced technical capabilities, having built and integrated custom tech stacks that streamline operations and enable scalable systems. Her ability to connect creative direction with backend efficiency makes her a unique asset to growth-focused teams. As a business owner and mother, Jaya is resourceful and hands-on.
