Jesse Coody is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in alternative home financing.
As the Founder of Coody & Co. Financing and The Lucky Group, Jesse developed a proprietary direct lending model that bridges the gap for underserved homebuyers while generating consistent, asset-backed returns for investors.
He previously built Elite Homes, scaling a $30M rental portfolio and flipping $28M in real estate.
Hannah Coody, Chief operations officer & Co-Founder
Hannah Coody is a seasoned operator and strategist with over a decade of experience in scaling innovative ventures.
As Co-Founder and COO of The Lucky Group, she leads business operations and execution across all verticals. A Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering graduate with an MBA from the University of Houston, Hannah has been recognized with the 2024 “Best in Biz” Award, featured in Top 100 Magazine, and winner of the “Founding Team of the Year” Stevie Award.
Scott Crutcher, Chief Development Officer
Scott Crutcher is a seasoned sales executive and mortgage industry veteran with over two decades of experience in real estate finance and leadership.
At The Lucky Group, he oversees all borrower-facing teams, sales strategy, and revenue growth initiatives, with a focus on scaling national expansion and ensuring borrower success.
Scott holds his Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS #513080).

Brian Hill is a capital markets leader with over two decades of experience in mortgage finance and structured lending.
As Chief Capital Officer at The Lucky Group, he drives capital strategy, funding, and investor relations across the company’s growing footprint.
A Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB®) and AMP, Brian holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA in Finance from Texas State.
doug rose, Chief product Officer
Doug Rose is a seasoned product executive with over a decade of experience leading innovative fintech and AI products from seed stage through hypergrowth.
As VP of Product and GM at Zilch, he helped scale the company from startup to unicorn, managing teams across the UK and U.S. and overseeing product strategy, launch, and profitability.
Doug has built and launched multiple fintech solutions across credit, payments, and tax—serving millions of users and driving measurable impact.
